Step 1 - Parent Directions to Find Gemiini ID number 

  1. Please make sure you are logged in, then click -> https://learn.gemiini.org/authority/connections/view/students%C2%A0
  2. After clicking the link, click on “View Profile & Connections” next to your learner 
  3. You will see your 6-digit GemID on the next page, send this to your teacher 

Step 2a - Teacher/Therapist who DOES NOT have a Gemiini account 

  1. Teacher/Therapist will need to reach out to Member Services using our Contact Us page to get a free account created.
  2. Please provide the GemID from above to your teacher to connect to the account


Step 2b - Teacher/Therapist who DOES have a Gemiini account 

  1. Log in with your teacher/therapist account 
  2. Click your name in the upper right of the screen 
  3. Click the Billing & Connections option 
  4. Click on the Add learner button in the upper right 
  5. Set the I want to... dropdown to Add an existing learner 
  6. Enter the learner's GemID and click the Add learner button 
  7. Once complete, the parent will receive an email notifying them of your connection request to their learner. 


Step 3 - Parent Directions to Approve Pending Connections 

  1. Once your teacher/therapist has submitted their connection request, log into your Managing account
  2. Click on your name in the upper right of the screen 
  3. Click the Billing & Connections option 
  4. Click the View Profile & Connections button for the desired learner with the connection notification below their name 
  5. Click the Pending Connection link 
  6. Click the Approve Connection button
