If you don’t have any videos showing on the app or in your assignments list on the website, you still need to take your initial assessment to have your learner placed in a level of our Language Pyramid and have videos assigned.
If there are no assignments, you can take the assessment right now, and the assignments will auto-populate in your app. To do that:
- Log into your managing account
- Use the learner selector dropdown to select the learner you want to assess
Note: The learner selector is only visible if you have more than one learner - Click the Take The Assessment link in the blue banner at the top
